Walking Workout at Home for Beginners & Seniors // 30 Minute & 3000 Steps!

Thank you for joining me for this fun walking workout! All exercises are knee friendly, easy to follow and low impact. This workout is appropriate for all ages to get your steps in and increase your heart rate. We will alternate aerobic moves with walking in place for a fun way to move our bodies and burn calories.
This walking workout is 30 minutes and is set to the music so it keeps us moving at an achievable pace. I was able to get 3000 steps in and walked 1.5 miles.

I can't believe I already following your exercise for exactly 6 months. I don't do any diet or anything special. Just pick one of your walking exercise everyday. I lost 2kg and my face lifted from square type to more oval, people ask why my face so slim. And I check to mirror lol 😍 but the most important is my mental health, i slighly feel happier than before😊 thank you Lauren

Lauren, you're so awesome! I love working out with you as you enhance each workout so diversely, all the while paying attn to keeping the physical and cognitive aspects present. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's last year, along about the time I found you, or you showed up on my feed. I appreciate the level of challenge you offer and sticking with you for 5-6 days a week, one hour a day, has shown definite improvement on my abilities. I'm able to mostly keep up with you now and that is so exciting as I've been around 70+ years! Thank you over and over again!!!

Thought it was going to be just an “ok” workout — this was a GREAT walking workout! Besides cardio it worked my shoulders, arms, balance & brain! Will definitely do again.

This is a great fun and vigorous workout at 3000 steps! It pushes me in a good way and gets my heart rate up! I'm always searching on youtube for workouts that push me, makes me stronger, with fun moves and GOOD Music (appropriate to seniors with good timing for exercise moves and flow)--with an instructor that knows what their doing a doesn't talk throughout the workout ! Yikes! I'm 75 and I found SeniorShape Fitness! Thank you, I'm a fan.

Thank you for helping me get back on track. Before Covid, I spent 1-2 hrs in the gym, daily, doing resistance, weight, & cardio training. I have not felt comfortable going back into that environment due to the heightened risk of catching infectious diseases. I decided I had to do something, and you are making it possible to have a private trainer in my home ! I am very grateful 🙏

It’s 8 pm & I had no plans to actually finish this workout. This 65 year old is half asleep but My steps were way below my goal and guess what? I did and I loved it! The music wasn’t blaring, your instructions were spot on and the moves were varied and very doable. I am very warm at this point which is funny cause I was freezing at the beginning of the workout! Thank you! New Sub!

I loved this workout! Really got my heart going. One thing I noticed, for some reason my brain was really challenged today with coordinating some of the moves ( I know in the long run this is a good thing), but, I didn't let it stop me I kept going lol...thank you for all your hard work. I look forward every Monday to your newest video!

I had foot surgery in October and started using your videos again last week. Wow! What 3 months of no working out did to my body, but you cover everything! Strength, cardio, balance, stretching and even brain work. Thank you so much for being my workout buddy! I also love the vibe you give, cheerful, calm, peaceful. Truly a pleasure!
