I am not a great lover of some music but I do find that the "back beat" keeps you in rhythm and helps you flow in and out of each routine, it is also a little uplifting like if you were with a group. Great job.

I just completed my 13th day without a break without a rest day and honestly my skin is alreday toned my arms legs abs looking very toned and nice skin is literally glistening and tighter now weight wise honestly I want to make my weight 50 it's 47.7 currently just two more kgs and I will look really great with more fats at right places ! I really love to look healthy beautiful talented and be talented skilled and intelligent 🧠 !

Great workout, the music choice is fantastic, but would like some explanation about form just to make sure I am doing it right with that, for me it would be absolutely amazing!

I would love to get more walking intervalls in between the different sequences. Otherwise, at the end, it is always the same in each video, more or less. So maybe, walking in between all other exercises (like it is the case in the 7000 steps walk). That would be really great. Anyway good work, your channel, thanks for that!
