I’ve been walking with Leslie I think since I was 12. Started off with my mom and sometimes my aunt. I just turned 40 almost a week ago!! I still enjoy your videos Leslie!!

I will be 92 in October and I have been walking with Leslie 2 mile walk for a month or more. I love it and wouldn't miss it. Feel fit and peppy the rest of the day. Love her enthusiasm. It is contagious.

I started walking with Leslie in February, I've lost 56lbs since then (in combination with the keto diet). I'm really learning to value how much it's important for overall health, not just weight loss, to exercise. I think that's the most valuable thing I could have learnt. It's really helped my anxiety and depression especially.

I am 72 and started Lesley's Walk Workout few months back and got hooked. Just love her style and energy, so motivational. I am now practicing for an 8 mile workout on 20 march for my Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society in memory of my beloved beautiful mum who passed away 15 months ago. To-date I have managed 6.5 miles workout and with Lesley's energy I hope to complete 8 miles on 3/20/21 :-)

I suffer from lower back pain. This is the only exercise that doesn't cause any pain, on the contrary, it helps my posture and releases the pain big time. You are amazing Leslie, love you!!!!

I have been walking with you since I was 18. I am 21 now, and people tell me that I look like I'm still 17. Maybe there is really no difference between 17-22 year olds nowadays, but walking with your videos IS the highlight of my morning/day/evening/night. I hope to never ever stop walking regardless how hard life gets.

I am doing your 5 KMS walk at home i.e. 3.1 mile walk.. and I have lost 7 KGS in 2.5 months. I feel light and confident. I have also recommended this video to many of my acquaintances. You rock Leslie.. thanks much and love from India 🙂
