This is one of my favorites! I do like the all instrumental music, no vocals. The beat is great. I love your smiles and shaking your head at yourself sometimes, lol! You are so personable. I actually enjoy working out now. I use one pound hand weights and ankle weights sometimes to make it more challenging. Thank you for what you do for us!

Thank you so much for today's workout - got the blood flowing! I do have a victory that I want to share. On Saturday I went with my son and his friends to a festival. We walked and stood all over the grounds for about 5 hours and I was able to keep up with them even though I was slower. I didn't have to use anything for support while walking - this made my son (and me, of course) very happy as I wouldn't have been able to do this earlier in the year. I know that I will keep improving and your videos have helped! Have most wonderful day!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this one! We love it that you don't talk -- that let's us talk together as we work out. Thank you! 🙂

Today I woke up with no desire to do anything! Didn't want to exercise, but just made myself! After a few minutes in, I thought how much energy you put into making these videos and keeping us inspired and how nice it was to have a new video to try out. At ten minutes in I was thinking 'I can do this" and by time it ended I was so grateful that I just made myself start! Thanks for all you do!

At 15 minutes I thought I was going to stop and come back later. I made it all the way through the stretches and kept up with your tempo. Thank you so much.

Here it is Week 4 of Series 3, and I finally found the workout for Day 6. I tried the first round, and realized right away that due to my rheumatoid arthritis, it was just way too much stress and pressure on my wrists and ankles. So, I found this one and I ABSOLUTELY love it. It will be among my favorites in the weeks beyond Series 3. Thanks for your excellent guidance and positive thoughts throughout all 3 Series. It's a habit I look forward to each morning. You're the best, Jules. Now, just one more day and away I go. Mary

Visual cues, audio cues (the music was fabulous, btw)...the jogging intervals neatly hidden between various exercises😄, one really could not ask for more. Few YT'bers look into such details...this was fabulous and I am sending you loads of appreciation, affection, and best wishes.
Take care, Jules...may your tribe increase ( and manifold)💙

A friend of mine introduced me to your walks and I do them with her at work. They've really come in handy this month after an unexpected hospitalization - they're keeping me on track and healing. Thank you for your hard work creating these, they're very much appreciated!
