Wow, so good I subscribed your channel I will be regular with u nw . I did your 20 min HIIT cardio workout. I loved it plus aftr tht doing this stretching makes me feel good stronger relaxed after this.

The stretches and routine were great post-workout. Unfortunately the music choice and shaky camera made it difficult to appreciate; it wasn't very relaxing. Perhaps it's just not my preferred style. I still appreciate your content, thank you!!
