Ive been doing yoga for 2 months now. I dropped 6kgs. I know its a little but the shape of my body and posture really made a lot of difference. Also, my anxiety attacks has been reduced.

I have been doing all these poses from past 26 years in much lighter now and in great shape I dropped 60 kgs from 120 kgs and my sugar and cholesterol and pcod got cured plus my joint pain and back pain and headache also healed. Loved that you posted these online to remind me that anything could be achieved if somebody really works hard and is focused on their goals irrespective of obstacles and bad people.

I am practicing yoga for 4 years.... I suggest my friends to do yoga... doing yoga keep you energetic for the whole day... you will feel fresh and active... Practice yoga and pranayama....yoga is a good therapy for many health issues.. Start a day with yoga and at the end of the day you will feel the result.... whoever reading my comment start practicing yoga.... stay fit and healthy 👍👍

This is a great video, I'm a yoga instructor and these are amazing poses for your body, mind, and soul. Do these practices you won't regret it. It will take time so please work in your own pace, if your straining to much take a break or you can injure yourself by accident. Keep practicing and you will be able to do it over time. Remember it's not a competition. It's great to challenge yourself, but not to the extreme your putting too much strain.

It might have not transformed my body physically on the outside, but it sure has transformed my body from the inside. It has improved my digestive system alot, has helped me with my cervical pain, posture issues, bloating, and has helped me dealing with stress and anxiety. Also, this video has made me love yoga. I practice yoga almost everyday and I can say that yoga is a great exercise benefit your health mentally and physically. The best part is that yoga teaches you to accept your body as it is. If you want to be slim or lose weight, one thing to note is that you cannot rely on yoga alone. Healthy eating plays a big part too.

I really have to say thank you for this video.
I'm 44 yo house wife with three sons, I have regular" headache, neck pain, and back pain, and it is just getting worse during the quarantine. Usually I took a pain killer just to start the morning.

I've been doing the exercise for a couple of weeks, and I'm so surprise that the pain have decreased significantly.

Just wow.... I can stop using the pain killer and put a smile on my face.

I started doing this 3 weeks ago. I feel more energetic, and have an easier time walking up steps. My pants are definitely looser around the waist. I can't wait to see the changes.

I would suggest a child pose after each pose and a final corpse pose at the end of the practice to help the body to rest and relax again.

I’m new to yoga and this was the first video I found which is truly made for beginners like myself. I have been doing this workout four times a week for a month now and can already see my body changing. I also use my bike for 15 mins before doing the yoga routine. Awesome, thanks for the video. Yoga helped a lower back issues Iv always had but I realized when doing yoga it was from right leg muscles and it completely cured it. Yoga helps with so many things mind and body and Improves the quality of life for sure.
