Loved it! But a little longer intervals, like 40 sec would be better, sometimes the exercise was over until I got what to do 😂

It looks so easy & only 15mins, but when u finally tried this exercise, u would really feel the burn & u can say this is definitely for strength, coz it will makes u strong! 💪💪Thanks again For Elena for another short but great exercise 👌 (i used a 3lbs dumbbells that's why my arm muscles really feel the burn!🤣) looking forward for more short low impacts routines, coz u can do it everyday without compromising your other daily activities for the day & yet still gives u the benefit that your body needs.👌🤗

I loved this one!
I barely did scissors, but it was hard!
I had concentration and motivation problems lately, so I feel like I need short training and tabata ones.
This one is perfect - really short but hard! Thank you!❤
