Hello Nicole, I’m a 58 year old woman in London. I’m one of the hundreds of thousands of people who’ve been following you and doing your classes quietly. I was looking to substitute my live Pilates classes with an online alternative when we went into lockdown early last year, but didn’t like to come back repeatedly to any teacher until I found your channel. A quiet class follower here - came to say that you're a magnet! Once anyone does your workout, they'll keep thinking about when next, and which one of your amazing classes to follow along next. I'm obsessed with this particular one. I am used to incorporating weights in my workouts so I enjoy doing your pilates with light weights but when I'm feeling off, I go for your no-weights workouts and it's equally as effective and wonderful. Hi everyone, I'm Vivian, from Hungary, today is my 42. birthday🎂and new here. I just did this workout and I've enjoyed it so much! Thank you, Nicole! You move beautiful! :) I wish I can do the same :) I want to bring myself back to my best shape like it was about 1, 5 years ago when my Mom suddenly passed away, and this pushed me to hell, but now I'm happy again :) I wish you a great summer! First time doing a pilates HIIT workout and lets just say I'll definitely be doing this instead of heavy weight training! Best workout I've done and I feel great after it!

Note to self: did this w 3kg on each leg and 4kg on dumbbells and repeating the HIIT section. Took about 25 mins. Nice quick sweat, good level of challenge!
