This 10 MINUTE ABS workout is the perfect routine when you want to get results fast! This workout will target your entire core including lower abs, upper abs and obliques. Let's feel the BURN!
This is a no repeat workout for your abs. The timer will be on for 30-45 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest between exercises. Take extra rest as needed while making sure to maintain good form throughout.
