30 minute Yoga for Improving Flexibility and Movement | Day 11 of Beginner Camp

to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

This is one of my favourite flows! We will go deep into each asana and open up the body part-by-part. Make sure that you listen to your body while practice and not overstretch. As always, enjoy the class and remember to thank your body for supporting you.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Day 11 April 11, 2023 Today's flow was a little challanging for me, i was getting tired very soon but i pushed myself out of my comfort zone and did each asanas as best i could, i m really proud of myself.Thank You so much Radhika didi for this session

I finished day 11 after work! Yoga straight after work. Yoga also helps me control junk food which rarely happens to me!! This challenge is amazing❤

Day 11, OMG a lot of spinal twist n turns i observed throughout the whole session, i was able to feel that 1 part of my body is under stress and others under no stress too. It feels so good seeing your body from a different pov and actually observing things on a deeper level. Looking Forward for the next day❤‍🔥

going back to the roots again... no choice left for walking and gymming due to severe plantar fascitis and rotator cuff injury in the shoulder...dived again into doing yoga with radhika s youtube channel... its quite unwinding and relaxing..
