Increase your full body flexibility with this intermediate 30 min vinyasa flow practice.

Welcome, thanks for joining me in today's 30 minute slow flow deep stretch yoga practice! This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. This is great if you have tight hips and we'll also work on some hamstring stretches, backbends and shoulder openers.

No props are needed and we'll go through poses like cow face pose, pigeon, standing splits, square pose bow and triangle.

This was my first yoga practice after the loss of my beloved dog two days ago. I had the feeling it was made especially for this moment, to help me heal. It was hard not having her come to sit with me, like she always did, as soon as i sat on the mat, but i believe she was there and helped me through it.

This was an incredible, well rounded, stretching sequence. I especially enjoyed the music you had playing. Definitely going to revisit this practice again.

This was such an amazing class! Perfect for a lower-intensity, but very deep stretch. Your flows are always so creative, and I love that you always incorporate some of my favourite poses like thread the needle and pigeon. You're by far my favourite yoga teacher on youtube! My cat came to join me for shavasana too. Thank you for the great class.

Best 30 minute Yin ever!! Awesome side stretch at the beginning with crossing the leg over. And pigeon to square! Loved it Kassandra!! Music was great too :)
