Day 1: feels fresh and new. Can't wait to do it everyday. Motivated💪
Day 2: easier than 1st day
Day 3: felt the actual burn in my thigh muscles
Day 6: loving it
Day 14: Doing a mix of your different weight loss yoga videos. I can feel my muscles strengthening.

A late update after 1 month : I lost 4 kgs😍, even without any changes in diet . Feeling more and more motivated day by day. If I can do it. Anyone can do it.
2 months update: lost 6 kgs. Happy and motivated
3 Rd month update: I was busy with work and lost my routine. Still hanging to 6 kg loss. I have started again and this time Iam confident that I will get back my routine and achieve the Target.
7 months update : lost 9 kgs, 🤩 with no changes in diet, but I added slow jogging to my routine...3-4 days a week.

A year apart: I had my weight loss resolution on my star birthday 2023. And today, a year later, on my star birthday..I see I lost 10 kg. A slow steady add on daily has now become a routine (though there are days when I don't feel like doing anything and skipping workout). A year older today but feeling younger and healthier than last year.

i never thought i’d be able to get a good workout cause i’m not really good with fast paced high intensity stuff, but after doing all this i feel so good and honestly just full of serotonin

Im a 5'4" 22 year old weighing 68 kgs. I want to lose 10 kgs by the end of this year. Dieting has always been difficult for me, and whenever I used to diet, I'd go back to muching snacks or ordering takeout and i never felt good about it. So now, I've decided to workout everyday, except for 5 🩸 days every month and minimised takeouts by once every two weeks. I also keep a walking goal of min 6k reaching upto 10k steps every day even on 🩸 days. So, lets see. If I can lose 10 kgs by December. Using this space for accountability 🎀

I'm doing this for posture, flexibility and mental health reasons as well as weight loss. I've noticed yoga makes me a calmer and happier person overall.

Day 1: DRENCHED IN SWEAT!! a little bit difficult but not too bad as i'm not that new into yoga.
Day2: Absolutely killed it! Feeling proud of myself.
Day3: Lacking motivation but im just gonna keep going ahead, bc i made a goal so imma stick with it.

I usually do intense workouts at home.. in few days/months I got bored and my body felt stressed.. completely lost interest in workouts.. finally made up my mind to start yoga which flows with the body rather than stressing it.. Finally found this video last night and jz completed the entire session... I can feel my body throughout the video.. I loved it.. thank u.. gonna try this everyday and see the difference❤

Initially I can't do for 5 MIN traditional hatha yoga...but now I can for 3omin without any break love to try your different videos feeling so refreshing. I diagnosed as fatty liver and endometrium thick . I was so depressed but you giving me so strength. I'm 18y I was not believe why this happens with me. I didn't even junk as compared to others, , but yaaa vath Dosha . I gain weights automatic I was afraid that might be I had thyroid I was so depressed. But thanking radhe krishna to stay with me everytime., and send people like you in my life radhe radhe....

Day 1 done: it was hard and I had to pause the video multiple times to rest because of the burns in my thighs
Day 2 done : it was much easier than yesterday. I didn't pause the video but I sat down for a couple of seconds during squats. Huge improvement
Day 3 done : It's getting easier everyday. I'll start doing the next part of this from tomorrow!
Day 4 done: Now I look forward to doing this as it gives me a great sense of self-confidence and I feel a lot better about myself

I have started this yoga from today (05/06/2023)
My weight is 66 and aim is 55
I'll keep updating after every 10. Days
Stay tuned.
Its quite difficult at first i couldn't follow it, but i took break in between every new asana this thirty minute
became 50 mins😂
But yeah i am not that flexible so its not easy for me but I'll continue and update it 🎉
