I know i'm gonna get hate but i really like how the instructors look like REAL women instead of the usual extreme skinny hipster girl giving yoga classes. This makes me feel like i can do these exercises because i see people with my body type doing this.

Oh my gosh! I found two of the most beautiful brown girl yogis and an incredible deep stretch routine. Just what I needed after an intense workout 🏋️‍♀️ yesterday and next day pain and soreness today. ❤️

The release I felt in my pelvic area was so beautiful it made me cry. I had no idea I stored so many memories and so much pain in that area. This was a beautiful exercise.

As a woman, at 37, whose played basketball collegiately, I will say that this deep stretch is better than any deep stretch routine I've done in the past. I also realized that my right side is tighter than my left. Thank you ladies for all that you do! This routine will be added to my weekly workouts. ❤

I'm so happy i founf it! I really enjoy how the slow movements allow you to deeply stretch, i practise stretching for 2 years and this kind of pace/ level of difficulty is something i was looking for. It is hard to find a stretching routine that allows you to actually feel your body and at the same time stretch deeply and improve yourself

Feels sooo good! I also appreciate the light & silliness- I enjoy yoga but sometimes the "ohhhhmmm" vibes get a little much. Life is tough AND fun so I like seeing the instructors have fun!

I am so looking forward to do this stretch this evening. All I see when typing deep body stretch is perfect LA body that makes me feel that I can't do it and that I am not flexible at all, but you know what, you two are PERFECT, this is exactly what we need.
