Did I just start doing this on my carpet the minute it was released? Yes, I totally did... This was so needed, I have a math examination in an hour, just had a fight with my family, was totally feeling down, angry, anxious, stressed and everything was just piling up, so when I saw this routine and the title, I just cried and started to move... I really needed this today, really really did.... So... Thank you, I am feeling so much better, I also went and apologized to my parents, and now I am studying :)

Since this quarantine I’ve really increased my yoga time and I must comment you are an incredible influence on this change. Your soothing voice and easy explanation of poses make things flow without a lot of time figuring out poses. . The classes I’ve tried with you have never disappointed. Thank god for people like you in this world. May you always experience the best life has to offer.

Everything about this flow brought me an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort. I felt strong and powerful, yet safe and at home in myself. Definitely should be a note about how much shoulder work this is. If you have any rotator cuff issues, be really cautious or maybe don't do this practice.

You are incredible. I have taught on and off for ten years and I'm currently a therapist specializing in EMDR and learning about somatic therapy (new therapist). You make me love yoga again. I LOVE the challenge, my body feels great, I've had somatic healing from doing your yoga... you've rejuvinated the love of somatic and psychosomatic yoga for trauma healing. So thank you. <3 As a survivor myself of sexual assault and working as a trauma therapist with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, I've noticed that I have always kept my close-ish during Shavasanah. I noticed that when I bring my legs farther apart it actually is healing for me and helps me retake my power. Having wider legs and focusing on breathing in my hips has been very healing... I'm not sure if you knew this, I wanted to share. Your yoga is incredible and your genuine passion for the practice is clear, that's all.

One of my favourite workouts of yours! I keep coming back
I felt my body and fascia release and a sense of contentment overflow through my arteries and veins. I had to pause twice because my heart was beating so fast at some point so I know that I've been getting a proper workout on top of it all.

I'm on a mission to expand my early aura through prayer and yoga and atonement. So much peace, I will be integrating this workout in my normal daily routine! I send you my love and light!
