She is one yoga instructor who is unique. Every word that she speaks is totally meaningful, absolutely relevant and carefully selected to guide you through the routine with utmost ease. No unnecessary talk. Amazing. Love it ..

7 years later, here I am! I felt so good and warm after this practice. My body felt light and released of every tension. I have a double scoliosis and I feel like this will help. I am used to yoga videos but it may be the first time I feel this good!

One of the best Yoga instructors on YouTube. The pace is perfect, not too fast and not too slow. And I love how the difficulty is set for all levels. :)

If you're having posture issues, this routine is SO helpful. I have been struggling with bad posture since before middle school. Now I'm 21 and after so many years of sitting and eventually standing with a slouch, I was worried I wouldn't be able to reverse my bad habit. After starting to experience back pain (sad... I know) I decided to look into posture yoga. This was the first yoga routine I've done from YouTube, but I keep coming back to it. This routine has seriously helped me. I can not only recurve my spine in the other direction again (aka untuck my tailbone), but also am willingly standing up straight again, which was impossible before even using a posture corrector.

Best yoga video I've seen online so far. Best part is that the instructor only speaks when necessary and the background music does not camouflage her voice, so I get to work on the pose instead of wondering what she said! The routine itself is also very good. All the right bits are making all the right funny noises!

I’ve done almost all of Sara Beth’s 30-minute classes and THIS is the one I was looking for! Good set of sun salutations and vinyasa chatarungas plus great shoulder openers like humble warrior and floor stretches for shoulders. And the music is great to keep you going. 👍🏼👍🏼

I can't remember if you called it the "cartwheel" pose (hands by ears, arching hips and back) but I haven't done that since I was a child. I realized that I used to use momentum instead of strength to get into that pose. When resting on my head first, then trying to lift, I could not get myself up! Looks like I need to do your videos more to build up my strength! <3
