I have been struggling with mental health for a while now. I’ve recently moved to another state leaving my family behind in my home state. Needless to say I’ve been stressed out to the max but after doing this yoga session, I feel so much more relaxed and I can’t wait to journey further into my yoga journey.

This really made me let go. I was holding so much tension everywhere. Especially in my face, jaw and lower body. Even my chest was looser at the end, I was able to get deeper breaths in. As someone who has chronic anxiety, this relaxed me so much and gave me a good stretch. Probably the closest I’ve been to full meditation! Thank you 🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀️

Hi Jessica, I wanted to say that I recently started suffering from extreme anxiety, since then I’ve found comfort in doing this yoga video almost every morning since. I am spellbound. This session was so awesome that I forgot all my stress, anxiety and insecurities for a moment and I got completely immersed into the session. I am feeling so recharged and confident now. A lot better than I was 30minutes ago. I am gonna follow up these sessions everyday for my overall mind, body and soul healing and co-ordination.❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

i was so stressed and overwhelmed that i wanted to cry so bad, but decided to take a minute and do one of your yoga sessions (as i do everyday). before i started this one i thought that maybe 30min were going to be too much for me today and that it was going to be hard to finish it. but without realising, i got to the end of the practise. im so calmed and relaxed now im truly surprised that the time has gone so fast. thank you for sharing these videos and for creating an environment of some peace !!! :)
