Well, this was WAY harder than what I expected for a morning yoga, but I am glad I did it. It was really fun. Had to put my knee down in the second round of the lounges, though, as my bent knee was hurting 😂

Just finished this practice- thank you so much! I love that you practice in nature because it helps me feel more connected. I also really love that you do a voice over instead of talking while practicing. It REALLY adds to the experience & makes it so much more relaxing. I know that you released this practice on video two years ago, but today was my first time doing it with you. It was a definite challenge for my 65 year old body, but I did the best I could. I LOVE your yoga and meditation practices and do them every day. The two of you have brought me much peace and clarity into what is a difficult life right now. I hope to do yoga for as long as I possibly can and hope that you don't mind that I, as an older person, join you on the mat. Thank you so much for this challenging yoga practice.

No matter how much I practice, over 15 years now, I still can’t roll over my toes between up dog and down dog in suns. You have a slow, confident, controlled, precise form, in your practice. Namaste

Not going to lie, I worked up a sweat during the high lunge portion. Got the heart rate up just enough to wake me up :) loved this sequence.

Just finished this flow, I feel so at peace and in a meditative state, but I have to say keeping my toes pointed in down dog is difficult lol, thank you Juliana

When you said, ‘be the complete watcher of yourself’ in shavasana, I realized that I was rushing my life for no reason, but only made myself anxious. I am going to relax my mind from now on, and I hope that would make whatever I’m doing more enjoyable. Thanks for your great videos💚
