bird, i've been using your videos for over a year now and felt guided to comment. currently i am adjusting to a new medication that takes away most of my energy for the day. these practices have really helped me stretch out sore muscles as i haven't been able to move around much at all. your night time/bedtime videos are my favorite of all the relaxation sequences i've done. always so calming on my mind and body. thank you 💜

I love this channel. I use yoga with Bird most mornings and evenings, it’s a great companion to my working week, thank you so much Bird. I love the fact they are bite sized, and appreciate the mostly just voice audio so I can play my own ambient playlist to accompany the practices
