This 7 Minute Bedtime Yoga With Adriene is designed to help you wind down, stretch out and feel good. This short and gentle mindfulness practice will help you calm the nervous system and prepare for a for healthy night of rest. Prepare to feel relaxed and loved!

Feb is a short month so we decided to answer the requests for short practice video with a month of Yoga Quickies. Set the tone for your evening and remember, a little goes a long way!

Yoga Quickies show us that we do not need 30, 60, 75 min. That we don't always have to do legs on leg day. But rather, that the reward, the cookie, the good stuff actually just arrives when you do too.

I'm sure Adriene knows that I come to this video so often because it's the shortest nighttime yoga video, and when I've told myself I'll do some yoga today but procrastinated for 15+ hrs, this is where I end up. But man, I never regret clicking. N'night everyone.

has anyone else really been leaning into the yoga throughout this COVID-19 madness? my anxiety has been through the roof but being a longtime fan of adriene, putting her videos on takes me back to a time when the world wasn’t so stressful.

I have PTSD, and have had significantly worsening symptoms over the last 3 months. I cannot sleep, and when I do, there are endless nightmares. For the last week, I have been doing yoga along with this and other videos you have, followed by gratitude journaling, and them immediately going to bed. I have slept soundly and dreamlessly for the first time in nearly a year the past two nights. Thank you, Adriene. Thank you so much.

I often do this one thinking I don’t have enough time for the 20 min one and then feel sad when this is over and go do the 20 min one too. We love you Adriene!!

This was my only practice for today - November has not been kind to my health or my free time but even sneaking in a 7 minute ditty makes me feel like I'm balancing myself out. 7 minutes just for me. It doesn't have to be sweaty or filled with fire. It doesn't have to be trying to balance on one leg. It just has to be for me. And it was. ♥

Everyone is so nice in the comments of all your videos the only negative comment was saying you talk too much but I love when you talk it relaxes me :) you got me into yoga I would have never thought about doing it before I saw your video

I have had a lot of issues sleeping while I am at college due to my struggles with anxiety, but I used this last night and I was able to sleep soundly and fall asleep faster than I have for a week! I know it is small, but thank you!

I'm a former yoga teacher - trained 1978-80 (!) and I LOVE these videos. Adriene is so genuine, I'd recommend her to any of my students.
