Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

I am staying with one of my best friends during this uncertain time (I can’t return to my home country). She has two cats, one of them is named Dude. In wide legged forward fold, he used me as a tunnel. It made me so happy. It was silly but it’s the little things in life that matters. Take one day at a time. We all got this! Love

I almost gave up half way because i was floaded with all kind of negative thoughts. I was fed up, paused the video and got out of my lunge.
But then i thought that those bad feelings are the exact reason why i should go on. So i did, and now i'm so proud of myself for finishing the video and i can feel that i let some of the negativity go away. 🙏

I made a rule that I'd never read YouTube comments as they tend to be really negative, but since starting yoga with Adriene I've gotten into the habit of reading them after every session. The comments on this channel are so hopeful and uplifting. Today, on this post, they made me cry. Thank you so much Adriene for helping us all through a difficult time.

Writing another comment since I've been doing this practice for 5 months now. When I started I had sciatica pain alternating down both legs and knee pain in my left. I walked with a limp. After 5 months of doing this just 3 times a week, I am now walking 95% pain free. Way better than any other exercise or medication could have done. I never thought I'd walk again or be able to chase after my 2 year old daughter. Thank you so much Adriene!!

I almost don't want to admit that I do this video every day. I'm 59, and I need a good, deep daily stretch. It sounds cheesy, but after two years of daily Yoga with Adriene my body is feeling so much more youthful. Thank you, Adriene!

I have recently discovered Adriene's yoga videos and I love them. I am not usually one to bother with comments, but I find I simply need to. I have also been reading the comments and find it reinforces what I already think and feel about what Adriene has offered us. I loved the deep stretch of this video, especially the seated side bend thing with the elbow on the ground (my elbow wasn't, , yet). I'll be doing this video again for sure! I am also adding this to my life on a regular basis and the great thing is I can work it into my schedule anywhere! I train with heavy weights and love it but really need this counter balance for flexibility and for my nervous system. I am grateful to have found Adriene. Thank you :)

I have been doing this yoga practice every day for almost 3 months now and here are the changes I noticed:
1. I can breathe deeper and fuller.
2. My body is becoming slimmer and fitter and dare I say more attractive (I'm not doing any exercises other than this one). I can see the most changes on my face, arms and back.
3. I became even more in love with my body.
4. My voice has more depth to it when I speak, probably thanks to the changes in my breathing. This is actually an awesome thing for a teacher like me.
*5. My experience this morning: I had a stomachache due to my overeating last night. After doing the practice, I felt light in my tummy and all the uncomfortable feelings went away.

Only the first 15 minutes of this practice, every day, for 3 months really transformed my body. I initially did it to relieve tension in my body after a whole day of working. Now I'm continuing it because it makes me feel good and more in love with myself.

Final words: Find what feels good.

Love this channel. I do a 20-30 minute spin, 20-30 minute weight training, this 45 min video and then a 15-20 minute guided meditation. This routine has without any doubt changed my life. I try to do it 5 times a week but 4 has been the average. Unbelievable results in mind and body. Amazing what a little self care and love does to your entire existence. Got me out of a deep depression.

I recently relapsed after almost six months of sobriety and I've been feeling a lot of shame and guilt. I'm so grateful to have your videos to turn to Adriene, they are such a source of comfort during dark times. I'm also realising how much I'm beginning to practice yoga off the mat, by being kind and reminding myself to focus on the present moment. Thank you ❤️

Long story short: 26 years old now. Been a hardcore gym rat/wannabe bodybuilder since 2005 as a 10 year old. Everything was about intensity, anger, speed, explosiveness, energy, etc. 15 years beat me to hell. Decided this year I'd change. Be more about health. Started this January with the decision to do daily yoga. Found this channel first, not knowing anything or where to go. I can truly say implementing daily yoga has changed my body and mind for the better. I look forward to this every day. I've never treated my body with the love it needed before. This has taught me how. Thank you, Adriene. I TRULY love this channel. It's a godsend!!
