After the 30-day yoga journey with CENTER, now we are all here for ALIGN. It’s good to practice yoga regularly with the wonderful community of yogis around the world. This is my 5th year with Adriene and I’m so grateful to be able to cultivate a deeper connection within myself and the meditative movements I get to share with everyone else. I think this is the first time I have ever in my life gone “ooo, core work” and meant it! I struggled a little but feel good!

Oh my goodness, no sooner have I mastered the famous roll down after 30 days of Center, than I find myself unable to do it the other way round!!🤣 That roll up at the end of this session had me literally stuck on the mat 😂 I will have to practice that one another 30 days!! EXHALE 🧘‍♀ | March 24, 2024 | We've been spoiled with an abundance of slow moving, gentle and meditative practices on the Exhale calendar, so I must admit I was a little nervous about coming into this Core + Restore. I remember it to be pretty intense in the core portion and thinking I may have gone a little "soft" with the lack of core practices in the last month. But I didn't need to worry, yes this will make you feel your core - but in an empowering way. And the work you do in the front end will make the restore portion that much sweeter! Love it! 🙏

Wow this one was intense even after 30 day yoga journey, but I can honestly say I’m so proud of myself to continue to show up for myself even after my initial “commitment” has completed✔️

I've never been a fan of core work, and I always consider to skip them and do something more fun and inspiring. But Adriene is one of the few that have me doing these sessions, and I show up for most of them. My core (and I) thank you 😉😂

I love that you do core work properly, intentionally, with good technique. Wow it was a burner but lovely to relax afterwards. Authentic Adriene as always 🥰

When I saw this was a core practice, I almost made up an excuse not to do it. But I did it anyway and loved it! There is something calming about these on the ground core poses and flows. Thanks Adriene!

If anyone ever says yoga is not a “workout, ” have them do this video. WOW. Plus the “restore” at the end had me leaving my body for a minute…Thank you Adriene!! Center really prepared us for this 🙌

Exhale day 24🎉 I've done this one before and remember not getting through it, or taking more rests. Today I got through the whole practice only taking rests when Adriene said to rest, I loved it and I think for the first time enjoyed a core workout. Thank you, Adriene, for this practice, I didn't know I needed this today. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

Exhale Day 24:03:24✅🌴💞🙏🏾 ...I rushed out to Palm Sunday service😅😌 I forgot to comment, back now, ready for bed and this is just what's needed to refresh restore my energy and calmly settle my body and breath @1:02, 🙌🏾😌 beautiful chest expansion and slow release. I do hope we all enjoy this tense free sessions and 😊🙏🏾 Wishing you all a lovely Palm Sunday and a blessed humbling holy week that draws us closer & nearer to Christ in this unpredictable difficult time. No work today so I waited till mid afternoon for the video and was actually able to practice this new sequence without waiting a day. That was different. I enjoyed the slower work on the core. So surprising how small movements can really turn it on. Align day 6. 855 days in a row.

Blessed Beloved Beauties! I confused Day - 18 & 19. Also, I swapped Bloom Day 19 for " Yoga for Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back! " Now, I feel refreshed, and my shoulders are lubricated. Peace and love! 🦋❤🦋
