We specifically focus on hips, hamstrings, groin, spinal movements, wrists, hip flexors, twists, gentle backbends and a closing meditation.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

This is my absolute favourite/go to video of yours. It eases period pain, raging anxiety, tiredness and general aches and stiffness. When we get to Lizard Lunges, I'm floating in bliss!

I've started practicing Yoga over a year ago. Making a habit of it and trying many different classes, styles, in the studio, through youtube channels, etc.
I am happy to tell you that find this channel excellent. The content, the vibes, the protips along the practices, the calm of the videos/practices.

This was exactly what I needed. Challenged me I. The moment but never felt like I couldn’t achieve the stretch that was desired like certain yoga videos on YouTube. My body feels great after this one.

Thank You So Much For Sharing Your Knowledge about Yoga. I am a I have been following you for about two weeks now. I do yoga 5-10 before work and 5-10 minutes after work (which is 4 days out of the week). The 3 days....I do yoga once for 10-15 minutes. Other than that, I am noticing a positive change in my breathing techniques, mental health, and stretching abilities. THANK YOU.
