I would love more like this flow! The length, the speed, the mix between stretching and strengthening is just perfect! It makes me sweat and gets my heart rate up but I still feel that sense of peace and stillness that you want from yoga! Xoxo

It can be a struggle to get up in the mornings, the heart can sometimes pin you to the bed but when I know I have a new boho class, I feel inspired and it’s like a friend saying come on let’s do this together, forever grateful to you xx

Legit pulled up the channel, planning to do a 60min practice and now I don’t have to find 2 of the 30min videos! Love when the universe aligns and delivers. Also, really enjoying that there’s a solid variety building of 45min+ practices.

This session kicked my butt. There were many poses that I couldn’t do. But I continued nonetheless and I felt proud for even attempting the hard moments, and felt a motivation knowing that as long as I keep practicing I will one day be able to do the things I currently find so difficult. That along with your approach and your words made this one of the best yoga videos I’ve ever followed. Thank you!

This is the longest practice I’ve ever done to date. I really enjoyed it and I have a deep sense of calm afterwords. Certain parts were challenging for me but I feel proud that I pushed through and tried my best every single move. Thank you for sharing your love and light with me.
