I found a new passion in jumping rope. I started with a $20 wire rope and was very hesitant to purchase the Crossrope but I am so glad I invested the money, love them. The quality and performance of the ropes are top notch.

I've done 4 days this week of your beginner 10-minute workout, some days doing it twice consecutively. So today I decided I was ready for the 15-minute beginner workout. I'm dying! But I'm sure that in a few days I'll have this mastered and be ready to move up to a 20-minute workout. Thanks Jump Rope Dudes, feeling pretty good!

Thanks for posting this - I follow JRD TV and just joined the program - about to start the 90 day program and IF as well. I've been a "Crossroper" for 2 + years now and this "beginner" workout is solid and can be done 2x, 3x, etc. to get a sick sweat on. I will be increasing the rope weights too (1lb, 2lb, and up), but this is a fantastic "get the blood flowing" set. Thanks again!!

I did this alternating between my 1/4 lb and 1 lb. I am enjoying the challenge of using my heavier rope! The round of push-ups or ab crunchers every four rounds of jumping helped cuz my heart rate got high: gave it a chance to calm down. Great sess: thank you!

I did not sweat like this after many other cardio workouts. Brilliant training.
I also appreciate the directions and inclusiveness for beginners with jumping rope.
At the same time, it was great to see a great example of discipline, persistence and patience in you.

Love jump roping but I’m a lifter and runner. So it’s a nice exercise when I want to fit in some movement and cardio.

This is a good routine for me to work up to. My physio gave me some excercises I’m using to replace the non rope routine items, so I can check those boxes off at the same time. I can do the basic jump and sort of that side spin thing to start off.

Dont have cross rope in my country, so just follow along with rofit (around 3 pbs or 1, 3kg)
Got so much sweat than doing it on my own pace, thanks for the vids
Gonna do this everyday (hope i can do it).

I'm so excited to give this a try. My problem is I live in Alaska (10 degrees now), so jumping outside isn't really feasible. My house has low ceilings. Is there an indoor jump rope (ropeless) that you recommend? Is there an easy way to mimic the weights of rope with an indoor rope? Thank you!
