Absolutely love your routines/workouts! I'm tired of jumping and also, I have had a knee replacement that still bothers me when I do aerobic exercise. I passed your name on to my best friend in NY. . . . we are both in our early 70's, but very young looking.(well, maybe not our faces so much) Thank you so much!

Hi Mizi, love your workouts - we do three of your videos everyday. Please can you create a FULL SERIES of chair workouts for disabled seniors, including leg strengthening ones to protect the knees as we are trying to avoid knee replacement surgery in both knees. Thank you in advance

I was always a slim girl, but during COVID I gained a lot AND I MEAN A LOT and now couldn't go back to how I was cause I'm too lazy to do anything
Now I'm taking a step and for my own health issues I'm starting to workout.Besides this I'm doing the 'Get rid of double chin and face fat' routine
