3:21 - Neck stretches (look sideways + up)
4:50 - Overhead side stretch (push hips out)
6:08 - Horizontal shoulder stretch
7:10 - Quad pull stretch
8:28 - Handhold behind back (squeeze shoulders, look up)
9:55 - Leaning IT band stretch (one leg, hips out + hand over head)
11:55 - Forward hanging low back stretch
12:55 - One leg on chair stretch (feet up, other leg bent)
14:15 - Seated glute stretch (foot on knee)

Another session done. This is rewarding for beginners. I"m beginner at fitness (7 or 8 sessions so far) and this needs to be done too. Gotta start simple with everything.

These felt good, had trouble with a couple, but modified for my current ability. Especially enjoyed IT band stretch! Will continue this routine. Thank you!

Don't quite get your connection with Bob & Brad but these stretches are perfect for me. This is the first time in my life that I'm learning to stretch (and I'm 63 YO) and I've found very little content that I can actually do. My goal is to work up to your 1/2 hour video.

Thanks. Been looking for a stretch routine as a "cool down". Quad stretch at 7 mins - could just touch my heel with a middle left finger, nowhere near on the right. Paused video, used my T-shirt, already damp. I got a strip of cloth as from the ragbag as helper/marker for next time - I can mark progress with a sharpie every few weeks.[Edit-spelling}

Two for the price of one. A really effective and safe stretch routine which is already improving my flexibility. And the added bonus of what must be the most uses of the phrase 'go ahead' ever within a 15 minute routine!! 🙂
