On my first day of following this workout, I can hardly finish the first 12 mins, now I'm in my 3rd day and I can finish the 15 mins. I am diagnosed as Obese Type 1 and have the motivation to be better because of my child, wish me luck. Thanks Roberta's Gym. More power!

Does the exercises has an age limit?
And can you still lose weight even if ur not eating healthy foods?
Bc i don’t see any changes in my body even tho i’m doing ur exercises every morning and night☹️

I have a doubt
Do this really burn our 70kcal ??
Im amazed because im not losing weight as I track my calories and they are 25kcal, but no effect?

I have achieved a good result with your exercise..I used to perform 1000 calories burnout everyday..my face used to sweat alot..and now I have developed a laugh line on my face..how can I remove that? should I still perform that exercise?
