A 25 minute, full body stretch routine that is great for flexibility and relaxation! There's no equipment needed and no repeats included in this workout. This is a great mobility workout to do in the morning or before bed!

reminder for the inflexible, injured, or beginners: it's okay if you cannot go as deep into pose as she can! we are all at different stages and levels, if you need to skip a move or modify because it is painful then that is ok. i am injured with IT band syndrome so some hip stretches are difficult for me. :) take care!

Great workout 😍
Loved that the timing of each exercise was long and you could feel it out. What's also cool is that there's a little 10 second pause between each control to have time to change sides. Thanks Maddy 🥰

I would have liked if this routine had a wrist stretch section because I found that a lot of the stretches were putting pressure on my wrists. No hate, just some feedback 😊
