Wow, that felt pretty good!! If no one has told you yet today, you are a beautiful human being, Chris!! What a gift you give your followers and fitness community every day. I have hated my body my entire life but these last nearly 10 months with you have made me love and appreciate everything my body can do and I look in the mirror now and feel so PROUD of the care and work that I have put into making this body strong, confident, flexible (getting there 😂), and capable. I started the mobility challenge a few days late but am so looking forward to catching up and completing this with you!! Thank for you everything you do and for just being YOU!!

Wow, that felt pretty good. I’m a little late to the party but better late then never! Love the calming guitar music. I feel so calm and relaxed now and that’s not my usual mode.

Some people may not think much of a mobility challenge, but I am beyond grateful that you did this! Mobility is incredibly underrated. When I broke three bones in my ankle, I started using your mobility workouts along with psychotherapy. It was one of the main reasons why my ankle was able to rehabilitate. I love you Chris, thank you for being such a positive influence in the fitness industry ❤
