This worked like magic, I started a month back with 78kgs in 4 week I have shredded 4 kgs.. 5 days a week diet + workout ..Sunday's cheat treat..it had started giving cuts to body and my tummy is already become flat with getting ribbed.. more 4 kgs to go.. thanks 👍for the wonderful routine

Hi friends.. it's really good. I started today. As it's my day 1 I can only 12 reps of 20 . Sweating like anything. Whole body is shaking.
I'm gonna continue it till I loose 10 kgs. My present weight is 67.7.
Hope I'll achieve it
