Thank you so much for these workouts! After having a gym membership for a year and not going once, because going out the door felt like too much effort after working and taking care of my kids all day, I found these workouts and finally found something that works for me. Although at first it felt like I was dying 5 minutes in, I now easily finish a 30 minute workout. It's so easy to be able to do this at home, whenever I have a spare 30 minutes, that I now do these 4 to 5 times a week. I've lost two dress sizes and for the first time after two pregnancies, I feel sexy and energetic again. It almost feels like an addiction, because I can't stop now and really feel like I'm missing out whenever I'm not able to work out...

Today is third December, 2023

My first time of hitting cardio and it was EXHAUSTING .i've been working out since 3 months( not consistently). My bw is 80kg 175cm . I lost at 27th min I'll return after a week to track my progress

I just want to tell you your HIIT cardio workouts are great. Even when I go to do someone else’s, I always come back to you because I sweat like crazy, am tired, and I always smell 😂 (not in a good way) too! There are times I am mad at you but these results rock!!! Thank you so much!!!

Loved this sweaty workout! I burned 316 calories, and I am 4"11 and 97 pounds. During rest time I did a light jog, which helped increase my calorie burn.

269 active calories with 127bpm average heart rate, so I am quite happy with that. I finally realized why I have a problem with the a-skip and that is because having been very overweight I don't tend to hop, but since I have been losing weight I decided to go against my nature and start to do more little hops and I was able to finally do that, so thank you. The extra 6 pounds on each ankle from weights helped me with the situps as it gave me more support. :D
