BURN 500 CALORIES with this 30-Minute Cardio Workout!

The amount of calories you'll burn from this 30-minute workout will vary from person to person, but I slapped a heartrate monitor on my husband (who burns a very average amount of calories), and he burned 483 calories by the end of the workout. Additionally, he burned 220 calories while resting for the next half hour that followed the workout. That's the cool thing about HIIT workouts, you keep burning calories while you're resting. Anyway, in an hour, he burned a whopping 703 calories from this 30-minute workout. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how much you burn at the end of the workout and the end of your rest period!

I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, can't do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If you're having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until you're ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

Here are some tips to get through this workout!

Keep a bottle of water handy.
Wash your face with cold water before you begin.
Open a window or a fan to keep cool.
Know that it is okay to take breaks.
Mute the video and play your favorite songs.
When you feel like giving up think of all the things you will achieve if you keep doing this workout.
Don't take it too seriously.
Do a ab work out to make you grateful on how much easier this is.
Let your random thoughts float around your head, ( it makes the exercise go quicker ).
When doing the exercise use your imagination to make the exercise more fun. Ex: When doing the foot work pretend you're jumping on a bunch of clouds in the air, and there are some evil people with jet packs chasing you.

small victory: when i started this video, i was only able to do 1/2 of the minute doing the full exercise and 1/2 of the modification and i STILL took breaks. now, i can do 45 seconds full exercise and 15 seconds modification without any breaks!! i hope to be able to do the entire workout sometime soon :)

I'm 24 y/o, 5'6 140lbs. Finished in 51:16, burned 437 calories (365 active calories). I weight train 4 days a week and this cardio workout was a KILLER!! Wanted something super intense and I definitely got it, time to go foam roll my calves lmao

here's a little motivation for anyone that needs it. if you need to take longer breaks TAKE IT. if this workout takes you longer than 30 minutes its okay. if it takes you an hour or longer to complete the workout ITS OKAY. just don't give up and keep trying to complete the workout it's okay if it takes you long. this workout takes me 45 minutes to an hour just to complete but its okay because i finished the whole video. you can do this i believe in you. ❤️

just wanted to share, that this workout brings wonder. I never ever sweated like that in my entire life and I can feel how I am really doing something for my body. after doing it for the first time, but only the first 15 minutes, I lost 0.5kg the next day! today I was able to do the whole 30 minutes. You just have to continue and don’t give up! Highly recommend this workout!! :)

I've done this workout so many times and I absolutely love it. I've tried a bunch of other cardio workouts but nothing compares to this one. So intense and sweaty, the best
