Then cardio 35'-40' at which to reach pulse (maintained) > 400 beats/minute Tump 5 days/week. Mandatory diet. Water at discretion 30ml/kg body in 24 hours

Great Bro..But More accurately it depends on person to person and certainly, it depends on the factors like BMI rate, weight, height and Maintenance Calories....For me I do Mixed Cardio including slow pace running, brisk walking, resistance training, and freestyle for 1-1:30 hours, then it burned around 600-700 calories...I checked on my MI band ....
