Though this sessionis a combination of duable exercises, quite properly arranged but it will burn only 220 to 250 calories if you are not taking extra break, this set of exercises will not burn 500 calories in 25 min as it claims

Every HIIT workout like this one can be divided to two parts: before burpees and after burpees. Before is almost nice and chilling, and after the real game begins... 😄 Anyway thanks for this, you've just earned a new subscriber 😊💦💪
