Started doing this workout on dec 27th 2021.
Weight - 67 kg
Already at 65.7 kg on dec 29th. Let's see how much I can lose.

did this workout for almost a month 🥰 at first i didn’t even finished 4 sets of this workout. but now i need more! start off at 66kg and now i’m 59.2 kg 🥺🥺🥺 update!! my weight is now 46kg 😮‍💨

Hey all, this is the best workout ever! I lost 22 pounds (62 kgs to 52 kgs) in 3 months doing this workout about 1-3 times a week depending on how I was feeling. Most of the time, I wouldn't even finish the workout but I would try my absolute best, making time goals! It went from 9 minutes, to 15 minutes, to 25 minutes, goals etc. I only ever finished the workout maybe 3 times. I was also eating super clean (all organic, lots of veggies, low fat, almost no carbs). Since gym are very intimidating to me, I don't think I will ever find a better workout than this...HIGHLY recommend this for fat loss

Just wanna say thank you so much Chloe!! I started July at around 59.7 and ended it at 52.4 kilos. If you're checking the comments to see if it works it does. Read on to find out what worked for me :)

Measurements at the beginning of the month: July 1st
59.7kg
58cm upper thigh
5ft 1 (yikes)
Couldn't be bothered to measure my arms but I am told they are skinnier

Measurements at the end of the month: July 31st
52.4kg
53cm upper thigh

Exercise:
Did this workout one day and walked around 5000-10000 steps the other and repeated this throughout the month
Did a seven minute thigh workout  (Holly Dulke) and a ten minute slim arm workout (April Hans) daily
Generally tried to be more active by standing more and sitting less
Got more hours of sleep

Foodwise and other stuff:
Drank a glass of water with half a lemon squeezed into it every morning
Drank one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar half an hour before meals (suppressed my appetite)
Ended each day with a couple tablespoons of white yoghurt before I went to bed
Didn't eat after 6 (sometimes i did by accident but not too long after)
Split my food into three meals with no snacks excluding the night yoghurt
Drank lots of water
Green tea half an hour after meals
Had some kind of salad with all of my lunches
Counted my calories (I ate around 1000 a day)
Ate lots of protein - protein is harder to digest and is literally the best thing you can do for weight loss
Swapped all white foods (rice, pasta, bread) for wholegrain
Rice was swapped with burgul (tastier in my opinion), bread with this wholegrain rye cracker thing that had a lot of protein and was dEliCIoUS
I had around two cheat days where I ate all sorts of junk food but just not at night and for some reason my weight did not go up lolz
Get a printout calendar where you tick off each day it helpsss

My weight is now getting stubborn to lose so I am switching up my exercise to running in hopes it will aid my biggish thighs - gonna try and reach 47-48 by the end of August will update if anyone asks :)

Good luck!! Just try what I did and remember if you get fit now you will literally never have to worry about it for practically the rest of your life

i did this workout for 2months and lost 4kg (with little change in my diet), got visible results on body...i am still going to continue this workout for 1 month ...thanks cloe, for making my dream (of losing weight) come true..love from India 🇮🇳
