Whilst the most important thing when losing weight is to be in a caloric deficit (burn more calories then you consume), the only cardio I did for 30 days was this 5 minute workout - no equipment needed!
Diet and sleep are also essential.

Anyone with basic knowledge of training and nutrition knows this routine will never result in a 10 kg weight loss in 30 days. If one kg fat is approximately 7700 calories, we need a total calorie deficit equal to 77 000 calories to loose 10 kg fat. If this 5 min workout routine is supposed to make you loose 10 kg in 30 days, it means one session is burning 2567 calories, which obviously is not true.

I literally lost 8 kgs in one month after a very strict diet and only i know how much i sweat. I can tell you these excersises will never help you lose 10 kgs 😂

As someone who lost 50kg. There is no way that you lost 10kg in a month without any form of fasting.

This is literally amazing .. I am final med student and almost gain weight rather then losing it.. the stress is real so .. I tend to skip it but only cardio doesn't help for me like I have to one schedule lower body, upper body, hiit idk this don't suits me so but keep updating so we can check more power to you 👍👍

If he does these exercises and 1 healthy meal a day OMAD then its possible no doubt. During Ramadan i lost 8kg without exercises. I have also lost 13kg in a month on the liquid diet. Ive also tried the master clense diet and yes in 3wks ive lost 10kg and i was doing 4x 3hrs pd gym, it was for my wedding, also working ft as a night shift worker 5 nights a week. Its possible.

My body fat percentage has hit quite a high and I’m desperate to reduce it as quick as possible so I can go back to strength training. This was really helpful, I’ll try this routine out. Good luck for the rest of your course, which year are you in?

After all things i done, i remain at jumping knees to the chest because i cant lift my legs anymore ❤ And i only can do 2 reps

This would be even more fun if you did all the set together woth the timer set and counting those all sets. We could do it together

10kg is a huge stretch, thou, I did loose 7.5kg but along with a huge calorie deficit so yeah this is effective a 5 minutes workout per day.
