I am lady65of age, and I am so very thankful for your site’s. I now know I don’t have to go back to a size 16, I can now work my way out of the 14 to a size 12 now. Graceful.

Wow I'm so impressed... started workout today onwards
Day*1❤️.. complete with 100 calories
Day*2❤️..full tired with my thighs but never giveup completed with 186 calories
Day*3 ❤️..self motivated to do workout finally I'm reached 192 calories 😭 for me down walk is to tough..but ok I can do it 😁
Day*4 ❤️..I'm so relaxed recovered 😭I'm done with 171 calories..wish me for betterment calories 👀
Day 5 I'm done with 100 calories ..improved to do more speed tqu...gym 😘

In the first day my belly fat reduced I am thinking how it is possible. Now I practice this walk downs everyday at morning and evening.

Earlier I used to forget about health and exercise on 31st Dec and 1st Jan, and just ate whatever I felt like. However this year as I am trying to include fitness in my daily lifestyle, I have challenged myself to eat right and continue doing Roberta's one workout video on both 31st and 1st. I have been eating right and working out to one Roberta's video evryday since 10 days now. Now that's a new one for new year celebration quarantine edition 😀.
