This yoga for sore muscles 30 minute routine offers a full body stretch and release you can do after your workouts or when you are feeling tension.
Doing this yoga class will help release sore and achy muscles, bring blood flow into the body and promote relaxation.
This is one of my favorite yoga classes to do in the evenings as it is the perfect way to end your day and offer the mind and body some calmness.

there is no way this was 30 minutes! it flew by! i absolutely love how long you hold poses. it gives me a chance to scan my body and look for tension and _release_ it. i also appreciate how you leave us to be and breathe while we're in those poses, rather than talking too much. you give enough instruction so that i know what to do, and then you leave us to be. this was a wonderful video and i'm happy to say that i've subscribed. i look so forward to practicing more of these. thank you for sharing ☺🥰

I have chronic pain, and I’ve tried yoga so many times. I thought it was inaccessible to me, but it turns out I just hadn’t found the right teacher! I really don't know what it is about this video - It was the first time I did it tonight. I have a lot of trapped emotions - and this practice allowed me to release some of them. I found myself crying and crying and crying during butterfly and the deep twists. I am a Canadian living in So Cal and missing my family and friends so much. I've been so sad but unable to cry so THANK YOU for this beautiful practice that allowed me to release some emotions - at long last. Thank you thank you thank you! Namaste.

This is OMG good. My body feels rejuvenated. Yoga with Bird is one of best out there... no frills... no unrelated comments, simply clean straightforward, easy to follow instructive yoga. I share this with my network all the time. Part of my message is, don't reach for pain killers if your joints are stiff, just try Yoga With Bird. Your body would thank you for it!

As a beginner, I love how long you hold the poses. It gives me a chance to make sure I am doing it right and then relaxing into the stretch. I also love that you appreciate the silence of yoga. I have been to classes that had way too much talking for me to relax. Thank you!
