This is my favorite night time routine now. I just did my first full month of yoga everyday.. I’m so proud of myself. I’ve started to do it every evening now and it really helps me fall asleep. Ty for taking the time to make the videos. You are amazing and my favorite YouTuber to follow for yoga 😁

The thing I love the most about Bird is that she never forced to do any of the exercices. You always have the option to modify if you’re not comfortable, which is great for beginners. You are truly the best yoga teacher I have seen. I love your videos so much, I really needed this today.

I’m struggling with depression, anxiety, and an autoimmune disorder. All of the above make almost impossible for me to have a full night of sleep. I’ve been doing a lot of your videos for about a month, and I can feel the difference. Particularly your videos to wind down for sleeping are glorious. Your voice and routines are so soothing. Ik this is one of your older videos but idc 😭! Lately I’ve been loving doing yoga either at night or during the day, and tonight idk what happened but I started to laugh at some parts (for like no reason) and then near the end I started to shed a few tears. That’s never happened to me while doing yoga. I felt a full of emotion a passion although your lesson today. ❤️❤️❤️
