Unwind with this bedtime yoga practice. Whether you’ve had a long, busy day or just need some time for yourself to relax, you’re in the right place—no judgments here ✨.

This good night practice features gentle openings of the spine and legs, paired with a soothing head, face, and foot massage.

By using 💆🏻‍♀️ acupuncture pressure points 💆🏻‍♀️ to calm the nervous system, we give our body and mind permission to unwind and let go of the day. It’s all about some well-deserved me-time before bedtime.
