I am so thankful for this. I never really liked Yoga. To me it has always been more stressfull than calming. Maybe because I am struggling with anxiety, adhd and trauma. But then I found your videos. Your workout routines have been perfect for the "transition" from my strict (and kinda unhealthy) workout plans to a real awareness of my body. I don’t always have time for a morning class but for a year straight I’ve been going to bed with a yoga class.

I had the most magical moment. Doing my last pose, savasina and falling asleep randomly. I woke up after an hour like nothing had happened, like it was a minute of laying down, yet do powered and energized. So doing this for the second time again. Thank you❤

Your yoga classes are amazing! I've only recently found them as I'm isolating with covid but today I've done 3 hours worth of yoga and feel physically and mentally like I'm glowing ! You are such an amazing teacher and have the most calming voice ! I have just completed this video before going to bed and nearly fell asleep towards the end I was that relaxed ! I can't thankyou you enough you really have made this bearable !!!

I had some trauma stored somewhere in my body because this practice for sure made me cry throughout, and it was a much needed cry session 😊 I feel so much lighter and ready for rest.

I was using another yoga teacher's video on YouTube ( starts with K) for 4 months and I didn't make any improvements in flexibility or fitness. I started doing Boho videos about 3 weeks ago and I have increased in flexibility and fitness I wanna say 80% more in flexibility and fitness level.
I feel as if all of the gains I should have made in those 4 months were held off until I started with Boho. I used to actually end the classes really annoyed and not in a good mood. I feel peaceful with Boho. Thank you. I'm so grateful!

I am doing this in the afternoon...I need it! This was truly peaceful and that last movement gets me every time. Even when I do it with other instructors. Now I feel like going back to bed, lol, but I have things to do today. I am off of work which is a blessing! Thank you, thank you!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate and love all your videos. Between the beautiful easy guidance, how much positive and beautiful energy you give off and the beautiful calming music you add. it’s really helped me relax and that’s not easy. I have depression, anxiety and adhd & ptsd and finally getting over ppd for the second time. so I find it so hard to be still and stay in the moment. Something I’m trying to work on to find some peace and to move my body in a healthy way. But I’ve found your one of the people that can really truly help me get there and I’m so grateful to you.❤️
