This has to be one of the most amazing yoga and everything that comes with spirituality that i have ever found. This yoga practise sends me to sleep on the mat whilst doing the last chavasana. I have severe depression.. and you are the one that keeps me going.. that keeps me positive with your beautiful positive energy that comes my way. This was perfect, I am 22 weeks pregnant and doing a gentle evening routine felt so nice on my hips. At the end, while doing the three part breath, the little one clearly enjoyed it. I got a couple little wiggles of gratitude for the space I had made by loosening up and breathing deeply. Much love <3

This almost brought me to tears. I have borderline personality disorder which results in a lack of impulse control. A lot of angry outbursts, especially with my current place being put up for sale in the middle of a pandemic. I can’t express how badly I needed this 😭 I was feeling like self harming before this practice, & after I feel so much more centred. You are truly a light. 🙏🏼

omgggg please do more night time ones like this! Theres tons of "yoga before bed" videos and they're great, but they're all super bright. I just want more dark videos so it doesn't light up my dimly lit room that i create for relaxation! ❤
