Join me for a 10 minute LOW IMPACT HIIT beach workout to burn calories and tone the whole body. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. There will be NO JUMPING in todays workout but still high intensity. This is also a NO WRISTS workout, so for those of you who don't like planks, you're in luck!
