Join me for a 10 minute LOW IMPACT HIIT beach workout to burn calories and tone the whole body. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. There will be NO JUMPING in todays workout but still high intensity. This is also a NO WRISTS workout, so for those of you who don't like planks, you're in luck! You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

I LOVE your workouts! They have become my favorite Youtube videos for now. I like the 20 and 30 mins. low impact cardio to the beat best, but the others that I tried where great also!

Also, the variation is great: I choose a different combination of two videos every few days, for a brand new 30 to 60 min workout. Thank you for all that! <3
