10 Minute Full Body Daily NO EXCUSE Workout [Low Impact HIIT /No Jumping]

We made this HIIT workout primarily for the days where you're not motivated and need to get in an efficient FULL BODY workout. We call this the 'NO EXCUSE' workout because it is ONLY 10 minutes, it can be done with or without dumbbells, it's low impact, and you can do it anywhere you have space to move your body. Also feel free to use this as a warm up, finisher, or advance it by repeating it for 2-3 rounds. It is very important to be consistent with some type of movement every day to keep your body active and we're here to help you do just that. Tap in with us and as always, let us know how you did! 🔥

Note: We recommend using lighter weights to start and gradually increase over time. For reference, Juice used 10lb dumbbells for this routine.

Who else loves working out with them. It’s so much easier to keep going when following their workouts. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with them since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼

Literally the perfect 10-minute workout. Broke a good sweat and got weights in without any burpees or pushups (which I can't do due to shoulder injury). Also, LOVE that there's just 10 seconds of rest. I can't stand it when a 10-minute video wastes almost half the time resting. Thank you!!!

This is my workout .not a warm up for me, i do this just once a day but 6 days a week along with a ten min arm with weights workout.i feel stronger already in week 2, less stiif and achey.Thank you J and T

So happy I stumbled on this workout! I’m 58need to lose about 45 lbs and just started eating better but wanted to work out also. I was a body builder in my 20’s and 30’s never know that now😢 but I’m on the right track and love this video it’s only day 3 but it’s already easier. Thank you Tand J can’t wait to do your other workouts now I just have to get my husband on board

THANK YOU!!! Just what I needed. My 8yr old had surgery last week and I haven’t worked out since the Friday before. Between sleeping on hospital recliners and nursing her back to health when we came back home, both my mind and body were sluggish and protesting a workout. Took a walk and did this to ease myself back today. I feel ready to tackle one of your 30min videos tomorrow.

I just found your video and am so excited. I appreciate the variety, no to the ground and back up, short rests and showing all exercises from many angles. I'm almost 70 and have shred 30 lb and am keeping it off. That may not seem like much but I'm only 4'9" . I really believe that your workouts can add a bit of fun each week. Thank you.

I loved this, I find a lot of workouts boring and find it difficult to keep focus but this shown different exercises that aren't so boring and kept it to a short interval which all helped with my focus and allowed me to fit in a workout whenever and left me feeling I have done a proper workout . Thank you 🙏🏼❤️
