I wish there were more workouts by these guys. They are the only trainers I get cardio with on low impact moves. The other workouts are just not challenging enough. I particularly like their longer workouts.

The low impact is good for me who lives in an upstairs apartment. All other videos like this had me banging the floor with every step probs driving the downstairs neighbors crazy
