So I’m just a lazy teen and wanted to find a quick workout to do in the morning that’s not super difficult but still helps me burn calories because I’m not a morning person and this workout is amazing! It’s not super difficult but still makes me work! Thank you!!

Amy thank you so much! I quit smoking and gained weight and I have never liked working out, but Jesus showed me your workouts for low impact and beginners and I needed them so much! I do them each day some times three times a day. They are an intricate part of my health regimen and I just appreciate the way you've put this all together and your kindness for those of us who aren't as fast or in shape as everyone else and need different ways to get fit. This is great for mums that are less than 6 months postpartum too, as their joints may still be affected from the Relaxin hormone, so the low impact is great for them to avoid injury 🤱💪🏼❤️

Love, love, love this quick cardio workout!!! Perfect moves for a quick heart rate pump!! This was an add on to the Cardio Barre Tabata HIIT workout and it was terrific! 💯!

This was absolutely perfect this morning. Our gym has closed again with COVID and we live in AZ so its 93 degrees by 7 AM. So having something to do inside where I'm not jumping around and worried about neighbors is perfect!

Yes! I really, really liked this one! I don't have a lot of time for exercise because of "life" after getting out of the hospital, plus Florida is freaking HOT outside, but this? I can DO THIS! Indoors, 10 minutes, doesn't take me away from a lot of stuff, and wow! My heart is pumping! I'm sweating! And this is the 2nd video from BodyFit By Amy I have saved on my list! Thank you, Amy! This is the first HIIT workout I have ever finished! I tried many HIIT workouts but I couldn't finish them due to the lack of condition, even if they were low impact. Thank you for your videos!
