This was wonderful. I'm a couch potato and starting to feel the physical pains because if it and will try to do these everyday. Wish me luck!

the nice encouragments really kept me going. i’m suffering from depression and i had a big episode all the way from september to this day. it made me stay in bed and eat junk, barely getting up to shower and brush my teeth, even less so to exercsise. i’ve gained a lot of weight and i am in the worst shape of my life, so even though as small of a workout as this made me tired and exhausted, it’s a start. i’ll get stronger each workout and my mental mood will also birghten :) mentall ilness like depression will never be truly gone, but i highly doubt exercsising occasionally will make it worse haha. just wanted to say thanks for this and the way you kept saying that 10 minutes is an amazing start.

Joe I'm 74 and don't enjoy working out, but you make is so interesting that I am willing to make this a priority in my daily routine. Thank you for your positive energy and comforting chatter-- since I found your series I haven't missed a day in 6 months!

Thank you so much for posting these beginners workouts. I’m committed this moth the start developing healthier habits but I’m not at the point where I can do a full 30-45 min workout. I’ve struggled with chronic pain and illness for years - This is perfect. 🎉 I love the little bits of education and encouragement throughout the video too. Thanks for validating my fitness journey that 10 min is enough to start! 😊❤

Thank you so much for sharing this workout 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I’ve exercised for years so don’t consider myself a true beginner HOWEVER menopause has been a real learning curve and doing hi intensity workouts just don’t feel great anymore. I now embrace any movement in my day in order to look after my physical and mental health and you have such a way of teaching and encouraging that it makes me smile and I feel great just to have exercised SO AGAIN THANK YOU for always being there for us 🙏🏾🙏🏾🥰🥰💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

This was a great little break on my first day back at work (albeit from home!) I certainly felt the burn after being sat in front of the TV for a week ;)
