Laughing as you are saying no one is watching. Doing this at the hotel pool while I watch my kids. Traveling for the 4th….5 hrs in the car yesterday and 5 more today. Just had to move a bit. Thank you for this quick travel friendly. Felt like everyone was watching but was over it 😂

Great workout! Don't let the 10 min. time fool you - it's a sweaty one! I paired it with the 25 min. toned arms from yesterday for a complete workout. That last "dance" move - kinda had a little Napoleon Dynamite moment there! :) Thank you ladies!

Hello, thank you for providing us with exercise routines with different durations. Routines of 10, 15, 20 and more minutes are very effective and help many of us when we do not have time to exercise or also because they help us complete an exercise routine we have done in advance. I have been pairing this with your HIIT strong workouts and finish feeling energized! Love the moves and energy. This is one of my faves. Would be fun to do a HIIT workout with 5-10 minute cardio at the end.

The past few workouts I’ve done have been interrupted with ads during the actual reps instead of during “rest” between reps. It’s so weird! Do you have any idea why youtube would be doing this?? Thank you for your help 🤗

I added this on to the 20-minte standing arm workout to get my heartrate up a little more and it was perfect. I've been feeling unmotivated lately so starting with something short is perfect. I'll have to save this one as a favorite for when I don't feel much motivation. Thank you as always.
