Join me for this 'step to the beat workout' and lets have some fun. This stepping workout is low impact, beginner friendly and no equipment - 10 minutes of moving your body with no regrets!!

We are going to do each exercise for one minute before moving onto the next without any rest. Just follow me through the workout.

I always stick to your "good morning workout" video because it's lovely. But today i wanted to try out a diff one and this brought me so much joy! Didn't even notice 10 minutes went by so quickly! Definitely encourage you to do more of these 🙏💗

Wow! This was amazing and I did it after dinner, I enjoy all standing workouts, the music and beats were totally motivating and the exercises were easy to follow. I had to watch some first due to the right coordination, but it worked very well. Thank you. 10Mins anything is ideal. 😊
