During the pandemic exercise & yoga sessions have been heaven sent to me. Unfortunately, and maybe as I am a bit older (68) with all the jumping jacks & other jumping I have had a left foot problem. This lady's no jumping class is excellent for me. I did her 10 minute cross twice, & today 3 straight rounds The young lady leading it is knowledgable, speaks with clear articulation, & she herself is in great physical condition. My pleasure to find her class and gain from doing her exercises.

Have loved every video I've done so far. Your design of 45secs on and 15secs off and use of the clock are especially perfect for me. The 10-minute videos make it easy for me to combine and customize any workout I want. My boyfriend and I do these at home to get our bodies moving since we sit down most of the day. The low impact exercises are great for our bodies and have done wonders for my core strength (managing with scoliosis the majority of my life, I have found strenuous exercises difficult and hard on my body and have been working consistently throughout the last few years to strengthen my core to help with form so that I don't agitate/hurt my back). I have never gotten the same results by doing the routines I did before in the gym. Some of my favorite videos are the ones that incorporate yoga. The combination of yoga movements and regular exercises give me everything I need to feel energized and manage my anxiety during these rough and isolating times. My squat form has always been kinda trash because of my back and is now 10x better than it was before. Thank you so much.

Hi Maddie, thank you so much for the apartment friendly workout! This is something I always struggle with when working out at home, and now we don't have another option! (I'm living in The Netherlands where all gyms are closed due to the Corona virus). Please make more of these!! Love it!

Loved this! I’m still recovering from a severely broken foot and while I’m out of my cast and boot, my Doctor wants me only doing low impact exercises right now. This hit the spot! Please continue to post low impact workouts for those of us that need them ❤️

This is a quick, great cardiovascular workout! Easy to follow exercises and 15 seconds gap to get ready. You could do this routine twice to get double benefits. Great. Thanks

First time joining you for a workout and I loved it :). Everything felt good and I got a sweat going! Only exercise that I struggled to hold through the whole time were the bicycles. I need to do more core workouts.

Hi maddie! I started this monday morning with no motivation AT ALL, but I made the effort 'cause I wasn't feeling well and I thought moving the body a bit was going to make me feel a bit better. I made one of your warm up video and then I got to this video and I made 4 ROUNDS!!!! This is such a great workout to motivate yourself. THANK YOU!! <3
